Wind Cylinder
This wind object consists of vertical and horizontal planes that rotate by an horizontal and by a vertical axis. If the wind presses on the vertical planes (half discs), they fall over the vertical axis. Thereby the horizontal planes (lamellas) get into the wind. They fall over the horizontal axis. Thereby the vertical planes get the wind again. Beaters rings the lamellas forming a chime.
