Windspindel
By the aerodynamic of the three halfbuckets, a spindle based on a ball-bearing is turning in a circle. The spindle's top is ending in a cone. This cone is moving along the edge of an oblique sitting ring, one time on it's biggest diameter and one time on it's smallest diameter. Therefore the spindle's staggering axis is sometimes turning quickly, sometimes slowly.
