Three vanes are suspended in a roundabout rotating on an horizontal axis. But the vanes cannot perform a complete rotation being hindered by a stopper fixed to the main axis. Right in this case the respective vane gives resistance to the wind thus impelling the rotation of the roundabout. After about 120 Grad the vane gets free, while the next takes over the driving function.
